Amorino has created an APP that allows you to place your orders directly from your mobile, easily and conveniently, while collecting petals you can redeem for your favorite Amorino products.
Only through the app can you sign up for the Amorino Club. Every purchase you make —either through the app or at the in-store kiosks— will earn you petals that can be exchanged for delicious Amorino treats.

How the Amorino Club Works
- You can only sign up through the Amorino Spain app. There, you can track your accumulated petals and redeem them for rewards.
- Enjoy a welcome gift: with your first order over €10, receive a delicious Gianduiotto chocolate filled with the gelato flavor of your choice.
- 5% of your purchases go toward rewards. This means you get the equivalent of a 5% discount in redeemable products once you reach different loyalty levels within the Amorino Club.
- On your birthday, receive a free Macaron over Gelato. Come and claim it!

Can I earn and redeem Petals at any Amorino location in Spain?
You can use your loyalty rewards at most participating Amorino locations in Spain.
Check the app home screen to view the list of boutiques offering the service.
How do I place an order with the app?
It’s super easy!
Just open the app, select a boutique, place your order, choose if you want it now or later, and pay right from your phone.
How do I collect my order?
Ordering via the app means no more waiting at the kiosk or counter.
If you selected “immediate order,” it will go directly into the order queue, and you’ll be called by name when it’s ready.
If you scheduled a pickup time, just tap the confirmation banner in the app when you arrive at the boutique.
What payment methods can I use?
Browse the full menu from your phone, select your favorites, and pay securely with your credit/debit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.
How do I earn loyalty points?
Once you’ve created an account in the app, you’ll be enrolled in Amorino’s loyalty program.
You’ll earn petals (points) for every purchase made through the app.
Additionally, you can also earn petals at the boutique kiosks by scanning your Club Amorino member QR code before payment (available under the Loyalty tab in the app).
How can I redeem my Petals?
As you collect petals, you’ll unlock new loyalty levels:
Bronze
200 petals
Silver
500 petals
Gold
900 petals
Platinum
1300 petals
Each level offers different rewards. To redeem a reward:
- Go to Loyalty and claim the reward. It will appear under your Offers tab.
- Select the offer.
- If using a kiosk, tap the offer to display a QR code. Before payment, you have to click the “have a voucher” button on the checkout page of the kiosk, then scan the reward to use it.
- If using the app, just add the reward to your cart before checking out.

There’s a selection of our most popular Amorino products: toppings, macarons, Italian coffees, and of course, our amazing gelato, waffles, and crêpes.
